Information we use
CardBoards stores the profile information you provide, account and subscription status, flashcard answers, schedules, progress, XP, reports, and settings needed to operate your study space.
Account providers
Email/password accounts use confirmation and recovery emails sent through Gmail. Google sign-in supplies a verified Google identifier, email, and basic profile information. Gmail sending authorization is used only to send CardBoards account emails; CardBoards does not request permission to read your inbox.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, deliver study features, calculate review schedules and progress, provide support, and protect the service. We do not sell student data.
Retention and choices
Study records remain after a trial or subscription ends so progress can resume later. Contact us about access or correction requests. Some records may be retained when required for security, integrity, or legal obligations.
